  • Engaged in stakeholder management daily across 10+ design pods in the US, managing expectations, timelines, deliverables, and funding of projects.

  • Supported ongoing research studies and launched new research services, including piloting a Rapid Research program throughout the organization, earning Executive-level visibility.
